in february 2014 we posted the work of Riitta Ikonen and Karoline Hjorth, a Finnish-Norwegian artist duo
with title “mimetismi2: Riitta Ikonen, Karoline Hjorth , under section culture.
We really liked and appreciated this series of photographs and now we have found it again on kickstarter.
“Starting out as a play on characters from Nordic folklore, the series has evolved into a continual search for modern human’s belonging to nature. Each character inhabits the landscape in wearable sculptures made from natural materials”
Now the authors wanted to publish a book:”Eyes as Big as Plates” and through Kickstarter we can support this project!..
