The request:
A luxurious royal palace built for an important family of the United Arab Emirates had a huge park which unfortunately was never completed, nor so valued. An enchanted space that needed to aesthetically being retrained to improve liveability and enhance the grandeur of a “magical” palace.

The design:
The project was developed around the creative concept of a majestic central fountain, designed as a long staircase that guides guests to the entrance of the luxurious palace.

All the choices regarding the vegetation aim to create a beautiful and liveable landscape. Considering the naturally dry and very hot climate in these areas and the lack of trees, dense areas of vegetation capable of creating comfort and shady areas have been designed to enjoy the park in complete relax.

579 tall palm trees follow one another along the sides of the avenue accompanied by 120,000 shrubs with very low water demand.

Lights and high-tech LEDs give shape to a lighting system that is the setting for this magnificent Royal Palace.
