Light Sushi | Architetto Nicola Ghilardi

Design brief Il proprietario volendo chiamare il ristorante “Light Sushi”, desiderava che fosse caratterizzato dalla luce. Voleva un ambiente moderno, con dei ricordi orientali, mantenendo la semplicità delle forme. Voleva spazi liberi dove organizzare più tavoli e zone riservate dove i clienti possono rimanere appartati. Desiderava un lungo banco bar, dove servire cocktail e per la preparazione a vista del sushi. Visto che il ristorante è posizionato al primo piano, ed è vetrato sul fronte voleva qualche cosa che colpiva visivamente i passanti in strada. The owner desires to call the restaurant "Sushi Light", wanted it to be characterized by light. He wanted a modern atmosphere, with memories of the East, while maintaining the simplicity of form. He wanted an open area where organize multiple tables and private areas where guests can stay private. He wanted a long bar counter, to prepare cocktails and a view to the preparation of sushi. Since the restaurant is located on the first floor and it’s glassed on the front he wanted something that struck the attention of passersby on the street. Design challengers La luce deve essere la protagonista di questo progetto. Coinvolge tutto l'ambiente attraverso una serie di punti luminosi, l'atmosfera che si deve respirare al light e' di semplicità: nelle forme e nei materiali. L'ambiente deve essere percepito attraverso la luce, tutto il resto si deve smaterializzare. L’oriente deve percepirsi attraverso la smaterializzazione di qualcosa di figurativamente tipico. La luce deve essere bassa, la sfida è cercare di non far percepire le ombre, e gli unici colori devono essere quelli delle portate. The light must be the star of this project. It involves the entire environment through a series of bright dots, at LIGHT you have to breathe the atmosphere of simple: in the forms and materials. The environment must be seen through the light, everything else should be dematerialized. The East should be perceived through the dematerialization of something typical configuration. The light should be low, the challenge is try to not perceive the shadows, and colors must be the only ones that of dishes. Design result Il nero smaterializza lo spazio, una tenda composta da migliaia di fili luminosi corre per tutto il locale illuminando l'ambiente, seguita da un divisorio con ciottoli di fiume, neri, e piante dalle forme orientali. Utilizzo per definire gli spazi assi di legno d'abete, materiale naturale, lasciato del suo colore originario cosi da contrastare con il nero. Sopra al banco bar, gioco di luce e ombra tra le“canne“,un groviglio di paletti d'abete, fa intravedere fiori di loto (da me dipinti) che simboleggiano un buon augurio… <> The Black dematerializes in space, a tent made up of thousands of bright wires running in all the room illuminating all the environment, followed by a divider with river pebbles, blacks, and plants from the eastern forms.
