Luca was responsible for the contract negotiation, contract assessment and execution of the start up of contract in terms of the main contractual obligations, Design, Engineering, budget/financial & operations. Luca managed an Engineering Procurement & Construction contract LPG3 (19 new Industrial, Commercial and Residential Buildings & Civil works related to a new large Gas extraction plant) with a budget of 22,5 Million Euro (USD $ 30 Millions). Site is based in Hassi Messaoud (South East of Algeria). Client is SAIPEM Eni Sonatrach (France and Algeria). Project includes infrastructures (roads, water supply, sewage etc..), industrial, residential, administrative buildings MEP, HCVAC & electrical installations and interior fit –out.
