The stem of the mushroom is plywood inside and out with curved frames of laminated wood. The stem has a narrower waist to make it look more organic. The cap is curved to a 1600mm radius and is als plywood over curved laminated frames. The entire structure is covered with cedar shingles in a random placement pattern to make the whole thing look more organic.
