Una splendida abitazione, costruita con passione ed esperienza, che all’occasione diventa uno showroom, da ammirare e da gustare. E, perché no, anche da copiare, visto che da alcuni anni la proprietà ha già realizzato quattro case identiche -nell’ arredamento e nelle rifiniture – alla sua. Lo stile tende ad essere minimalista, ma non troppo, con una grande cura per i particolari e per gli accostamenti originali. Ad esempio, duecento metri quadrati di rovere, distribuiti su tre piani, attraversati da una scala di resina e vetro. E poi una cornice d’oro antica, attorno ad un grande specchio, che bene si colloca nell’impronta moderna del bagno padronale. Ma anche un tavolo da pranzo dell’Ottocento con due sedute stravaganti e due di design, attorniato da colpi di colore inaspettati. Ma certe occasioni si presentano poche volte nella vita: comprata i primi di giugno, la casa è stata inaugurata l’8 di agosto, con tempistiche record possibili solo grazie all’esperienza nel settore della proprietà. Moglie e marito sono infatti soci in un negozio di rivestimenti nel centro storico di Rovereto: facile per loro, all’unisono in fatto di gusti, completare quella “scatola grezza”, in attesa solo di definizione. Per la scelta del legno , che copre quasi esclusivamente l’intera superficie, la proprietà non ha avuto esitazioni :“Il legno non dà nessun problema, l’importante è non far stagnare l’acqua ed accettare che il legno si trasformi nel tempo. In tutti questi anni non ho mai avuto problemi: il cane entra ed esce dal giardino? Basta pulire. E poi, anche se la mia è una casa aperta agli amici, non faccio mai togliere loro le scarpe, ed inorridisco di fronte all’idea di far mettere le pattine agli ospiti. Se una donna ha i tacchi? Nessun problema, un legno di qualità non si deve rovinare nella maniera più assoluta. E questo non si rovina.“ Di grande effetto il giardino, con grandi vasi di plastica che cambiano colore rendendo suggestiva l’atmosfera, assieme ai faretti incastonati nel teak utilizzato per realizzare il patio esterno, un’essenza pregiata, caratterizzata da durezza, stabilità e resistenza. And, why not, to be copied, because the owner has already built four identical houses - furnishings and finishes - to this. The style tends to be minimalist, but not too much, with a great attention to the details and the original combinations. But also a dining table with two chairs of the nineteenth century and two extravagant design, surrounded by shots of unexpected color. We are in Rovereto, a step away from the old town and the hills that dominate the city, in a middle ground that smells of quiet, green and intimacy.
