Costruire materialmente la propria casa è una fortuna che capita a pochi. L’obiettivo era quello di realizzare delle case indipendenti su tre livelli, che fossero all’avanguardia per efficienza energetica e comfort. Il progetto è caratterizzato dalla scelta di materiali assolutamente naturali, non derivati dal petrolio: pavimenti biocompatibili, intonaci a base di grassello di calce, ma anche pitture e vernici ottenute con materie prime vegetali e minerali. La casa ha una superficie di circa 200 metri quadrati ed è su tre piani, con una settantina di metri di giardino. “Prima abitavamo in una casa moderna, che ci aveva un po’ stufato, ora amiamo questi spazi caldi ed accoglienti”, racconta il proprietario. Per questo motivo è stato scelto un rovere nodoso “piano sega”, una lavorazione che, con tecniche moderne, ricrea l’effetto rustico e affascinante del taglio della tavola realizzata con le vecchie seghe. «Volevamo un pavimento vissuto», sottolinea Lamante. «Ci è subito piaciuto quest’effetto naturale. Avendo l’impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento, adoriamo camminare scalzi per casa, anche per la sensazione tattile che danno queste assi lavorate». Una scelta coerente con la decisione di evitare i mobili laccati - “sterili e finti” - e di smaltare porte e battiscopa direttamente sul posto con vernici naturali. The project is characterized by the choice of natural materials, not derived from petroleum: biocompatible floors, plaster based on lime putty, but also paints and varnishes obtained from vegetable raw materials and minerals. The house has an area of about 200 square meters and on three floors, with about seventy meters of garden. "Before, we lived in a modern house where we had a little 'tired, now we love these warm and welcoming spaces" says the owner. For this reason we have chosen a knotty oak , finished saw-cutting, a process that, with modern techniques, recreates the charming and rustic effect of the cutting table made with old saws. "We wanted a floor lived and we immediately liked this natural effect. Having the heating system under the floor, we love to walk barefoot around the house, even for the tactile sensation that give these finishing“. This choice is consistent with the decision to avoid the lacquered furniture - "sterile and fake" - and glazing doors and skirting directly in place with natural paints.
