The Sereno House is a villa set in a very tranquil and calm environment in the Al-Barsha
area of Dubai. The concept of this house is to orientate the bedroom spaces of the house
towards an existing park adjacent to the plot. The bedrooms of the house have screens
covering the windows, allowing a degree of privacy and a view of the park. In order to
maintain privacy from the neighbours, the façades overlooking the adjacent villas have
a more solid form.
