Cinque Campi is a family-run farm and vineyard in Piuanello (RE), specializing in organic wine and farm products. We were brought into the project after a preliminary permit had already been granted for a wooden structure to serve as a warehouse for the vineyard. Using a method called jet-grouting, we created an earthen cellar that acts as a bioclimatic storage area for the aging of the wines. Without any supplementary heating or cooling systems, it maintains a consistent temperature of 15-19°C throughout the year.
