The idea of the urban riqualification project starts from the reorganization and refunctionalization of the street focusing on its urban front. The aim is to create a space that restores identity to the neighborhood along the main street. The entire basement, currently used as parking, is remodulated with a “functional ribbon” on which are placed the commercial activities and functions of laurentino 38. The buildings are redeveloped in terms of distri- bution and bioclimatic, integrating a new system of ventilated facades prefabricated and modular.
