“Empty Thoughts” is a small side table made of handmade white books. My aim for this design is to show that the book is disappearing out of our society. The internet and digital sources are taking over. The pages are empty because the content is fading away in our society. The mirror underneath is reflecting the emptiness of the books. The pages respond to the air and seem to wave through the emptiness of the books. The glass on top is removable, easy to bring glasses around. Size: diameter 48 cm – 28 cm high Color: white
