The project is developed in an area of 370 m2 with a panoramic view of the entire private section where is located. The client is a family with two little girls with a basic needs program. The solution was planned in three levels for maximum achievement of free green area for the girls’ games. The ground level is solved as a glass box that contains the social area of the house, which opens onto a big terrace, a patio and the garden. Upstairs level is proposed as a "C" that protects the social glass box and through its floated parts the terrace, garage and services are solved. Finally, in the basement is located the family’s game room. The project has simple and forceful volumes, which are superimposed and interlaced to form the main volume. As well, is proposed to use a minimal palette of materials, parota wood, stone, apparent concrete and white Stucco.
