Country house with sauna and swimming pool for family retreat | Anna Pavelchik

The goal of the project was to elegantly include the swimming pool and recreational amenities into the general landscape. The house is located on the picturesque shore of the Black Sea. A scenic view opens up from the terrace. The 2.5 meters of water level difference presented an opportunity to build an infinity pool. The water overflows from the edges and circulates back into the pool. The challenging weather conditions in the area, such as high winds and rapid temperature changes, called for high quality of the building material. The tile used in the project is Apavisa, Neocountry beige estructurado mosaico 5x5. The swimming pool is equipped with the latest technology in pool equipment. The swimming pool is complemented by the lounge zone with the grilling area. The tile of the same specification was used for the lounge area.
