ALTAI - modern Skandinavian crystal glass series The idea behind ALTAI glass series is in the modification of shapes doen by cutting. One can collect a set of different shapes or fall in love with only one. ALTAI series is based on two shapes: small and large glass which are cut differently. The results is a versatile collection of unique shapes. ALTAI pays honors to traditional craftsmanship. A master glass blower and his team have made the glasses by hand blowing. Then the work is continued by most skillfull Bohemian glass engravers. As the glasses are made by hand from the very beginning, each piece is unique. I wish people enjoy ALTAI glasses as much I rejoiced designing them. ALTAI - Modern Nordic crystal glass series Designed in Finland by Mari Isopahkala Made in the Czech Republic, 100% Bohemian crystal glass with 24% PbO. Small differences in the glasses are the proof of 100% handwork.
