It`s planned to build three houses, which will be "the visiting card" of a new living territory in the centre of actively constructing settlement near the artificial pond and the public beach. There are two "low" houses on the shore of the pond- the mirror reflection of each other- their glass front have the view to the water. The reflection on the pond doubles this symmetry. A low hill separates them from the pond and the beach, the coppery prominent roofs make a traditional feature in the highly modern look. The interior of the house is designed with the difference of half a level which allows to modify the height of the rooms. In contrast to the traditional typology the bedrooms are situated on the first floor and the living room, which has the view to the pond, is half a storey higher and on the next floor there`s a master bedroom. The third "round" house is situated deep in the territory along the axis of the pond. This is the centre of the composition, its white volume is "a tower" which looks over in all directions through the bay windows made from different materials . On the top of the building there's a belvedere under the canopy and a terrace with a beautiful view. The common landscape design of the public territory and the private property (lawn, the type of paving, lamps and transparent glass fence) allows to create the unified ensemble in the centre of settlement.
