A circular colonnade with a diameter of 240 m (800’) and a total floor area of 30.695 m2 (36.716 sq. yards), comprising some 400 apartments with shops on the ground floor. The initial distribution in the form of 1-,2-,3- and 4-bedroom apartments was changed thanks to the flexibility of layout of the spaces on each floor, this leading to a subsequent adaptation to meet specific needs and the uniting or segregating of apartments. The length of the diameter of the semicircle made it possible to reduce the number of points of articulation and group together the apartments in 12 houses. The park extends over 2 hectares, towards the river Lez. Client: crédit immobilier, copra, sonamur. Gross area 30,695 m2
