The purpose of this work is to create a place in the landscape which serves to protect the home owner while waiting for the funicular tram to the marina 50m below. The solution is a sculptural reference of trees and canopy, with minimal visual and physical impact on the landscape. Materials:-trees are galvanized steel tubes for trunk and branches - leaves are corten steel panels which pin connect to branches - guard- cantilevered laminated glass panels
