Renovation of the interior (repairs) took 5 weeks. Initially, it was a coffee shop, where employees of nearby offices a lot of smoked and ate Ukrainian borsch. Garlic is an excellent complement to the taste of this soup(borsch). Garlic sauce called aioli. Many Ukrainians like garlic in the dish and it allowed us to develop the concept of a healthy menu, simple and wholesome food. The interior features eco-friendly approach. Colors are chosen not by chance, because it is the color of sprouted garlic. Пилотное заведение в сети "Aїole" открылось в oфисном центре "НАШЕ ДЕЛО". ул. От момента первого обсуждения идеи до тестового открытия прошло всего 2,5 месяца. Реновация самого интерьера (ремонтные работы) заняли 5 недель.
