This proposal consists in the materialization of a built bloc destined to be occupied by services: offices commerce and others alike as restaurants medical offices and so on... Once it’s intended a controlled access for all the offices and support services’ areas and a free access to the commercial and restaurants’ areas it was opted to create different accesses located on the opposite extremes of the quota confining both with the main road. Thus the bloc was elevated a floor comparatively to the doorstep level and the inferior floor was freed to place the common and backup services of the building as well as commercial spaces. A green platform moulding itself to the built space establishes a physical connection between the street level and the first floor where the restaurant/cafeteria is situated allowing so a spatial and visual fluidity between this two physical spaces.
