On the current project OpsisArchitecture team suggested new elements that would unify the character of the outdoor space, while at the same time restore the relation of the buildings with the forestall landscape of their surroundings. The new outdoor activities are incorporated on the existing concrete walls. As a result, the minimum of new structures is needed and the existing installations are hidden. The view towards the Gulf of Thermaikos remains unobstructed, while planting in the northern perimeter protects the garden from the wind. The species of the plants that are selected are all adapted in the special climatic conditions. The vegetation contributes in the restoration of the corrupted landscape, protects horizontal and inclined surfaces from erosion, hides undesirable views and frames the new installations.
