Masaryk Avenue in Mexico City has been often compared to Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, California. A very wide number of the most exclusive and internationally renowned boutiques and restaurants are located on this street as well as other different businesses that give the area its cosmopolitan atmosphere.

On number 123 stands out the residential building designed by Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos. The project was selected after a competition in which the firm obtained the first place. The fantastic location of this project offers to both the apartments and commercial premises the opportunity to enjoy this area.

Vertical dividers create the privacy required between each one of the residential areas. These dividers also work as frames that direct the views to the different green spots that surround the building and enhance the spectacular use of natural light.
