The building is designed as aggregation platforms to get an attractive, elegant, austere and powerful building. Structurally, the building is designed to behave well to seismic activity. The available platforms, and the inclination of the ends of the V-shaped plants allows natural light permanently without having too much direct light. So, we reduce energy consumption in artificial air conditioning. Each floor has ventilation corridors surrounding the core, which help maintain a comfortable environment. The materials used are concrete and glass. This avoids excessive costs and is consistent with the idea of austerity.
