Villa K, is a modern luxury villa in Varkiza, Greece, designed by S-Archetype, a dynamic architectural firm, introducing the newly developed concept of branded architecture in Greece. After winning the pitch for designing Villa K, in Varkiza, S-Archetype was selected to realize the vision of the young, progressive client for a daring and evocative alternative habitation solution. Apart from creating a sophisticated structure that would reflect the client’s vibrant personality, S-Archetype, was asked to focus on conceiving, designing and developing a residence that would embrace the outdoors as an important component while being kept private and functional. The 270 square meter, modern house, maximize every square meter of the site intelligently featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lap pool and great outdoor recreation and entertainment area. Striving to achieve open plan living at its best, the lower floor affords views directly out to the swimming pool while the courtyard provides a great visual connection between indoors and outdoors. The 820 square meters garden is a stunning feature of the property containing low maintenance plants, and palms.
