English: Design Prize winner DecorNews 2011 Brazil - Third position. New Talent Category, the project was conceived as a building model capable of uniting all the elements of nature: earth, sky and sea, and also provide welfare to citizens using the space as an area of ​​leisure, entertainment and tour. Its architectural design refers to a human eye with inspiration on the album of the band Pink Floyd Pulse. Designed as a sustainable design, this model of the construction allows to address new paradigms. The underwater walkway is intended to pedestrians, where the ground floor of passarela is a large mall and in the spaces below submarines are the restaurants, exhibition areas, underwater observatories, souvenir shop and theater. This project is utopian or a realistic? For the architecture anything is possible. "Its creation involves discussion of several aspects proposed for our future society. Building for cars or pedestrians? What is the better way to create contemplative spaces, to explore of the best way possible environment in which we live and in parallel to all this, make that the citizen has a more pleasant and healthy life, being an integral part of nature in which all we live." O projeto foi idealizado como um modelo de construção capaz de unir todos os elementos da natureza: terra, céu e mar e, ainda propiciar bem-estar ao cidadão utilizando os espaços como área de lazer, entretenimento e passeio. Seu desenho arquitetônico remete a um olho humano com inspiração no álbum Pulse da banda Pink Floyd. Concebido como um projeto sustentável, este modelo de construção permite abordar novos paradigmas. A passarela submarina destina-se a pedestres, aonde no térreo, encontra-se um amplo shopping e nos espaços inferiores ficam os restaurantes, áreas para exposição, observatórios submarinos, loja de souvenir e teatro. Um projeto utópico ou realista? Para a arquitetura tudo é possível. "Sua criação envolve a discussão de diversos aspectos propostos para a nossa futura sociedade. Construir para carros ou para pedestres ? Qual a melhor maneira de criar espaços contemplativos, de explorar da melhor forma possível o meio ambiente em que vivemos e em paralelo a isto tudo fazer com que o cidadão tenha uma vida mais agradável e saudável fazendo parte integrante da natureza."
