SMALLUST | Desislava Sredkova

This is a bathroom concept developed for the annual contest organized by Ideal Standard Bulgaria - "Best bathroom of the year". The category of the contest limits the size of the space up to 6 square meters. What I aimed with this concept is to prove that nevertheless of the requirements for the space, a small bathroom could also be beautiful, functional and even could bring some luxury in the daily life. The inspiration was brought by milk and honey, which are natural products that everyone has in his life but they are also main ingredients of numerous spa services. From technical point of view, I tried to develop it as simple as possible, excluding the hidden in the wall panel, which has the possibility to be layer over the bath in order to form a plain surface and to provide extra space for massage or just to sit and relax. As usual, in the visual part of my project, I tried to make it as elegant as I could. All the ceramics presented are from the collection of LEA Ceramiche, the lighting is by Flos and Luceplan.
