The study of the planimetry of Amsterdam suggests the form “Across the Wheel” in accordance to the symbology that identifies the city, this is highlighted though the use of three concentric rings, the mills, the three bands of different dimensions and tortuousness, the walkways give life to the flourishing of paths in front of the Hermitage Amsterdam Museum, connected with the café, the bicycle repair and the services. Along the circular form of the principal elements, we have the use of hydropower given from the rotation of the mills, and the use of wind power given by the rotation of the blades allocated inside the wheels. In this way the project is powered on its own for bothillumination of the bridge and for the energy necessary for other functions.
