International Business Center (IBC) “Status 3x3” with a total area 550,000 sq. meters combines commercial, business, entertainment, and cultural function, the area is located at the coast of Abu Dhabi, not far from Dubai.
IBC “STATUS 3x3” reflects the philosophy of stability, symbolism of signs and numbers, spherical shapes – it is like a small microspace on Earth.
Dominating spherical volume of the International Business Center includes apartments, a hotel, and a restaurant; stylobate part of the building includes a congress hall, a parking lot, office areas. Design solution of each block allows creating multi-level space of any height inside, thus the customer is given internal volume, not just an area of the building floor. The atrium, open from three sides, makes up the internal green space, which is protected from hot air and wind; the atrium is also an important link in natural air conditioning and ventilation; the design plan implies installing a horizontal low-noise power-generating turbine in the upper part of the area. Spherical volume consists of three identical blocks, each with its own vertical communications allowing visitors to walk from area to area along open terraces.
The planned stylobate shape is a crescent that consists of five terraces at different levels – their amount corresponds to the number of letters in the sacred word “ALLAH”; the open part of the stylobate is turned towards the city (to the east).

Комплекс МДЦ «Status 3x3» общей площадью 550 000 кв.м объединяет в себе коммерческую, деловую, развлекательную и культурную функции, участок расположен на побережье Абу-Даби со стороны Дубаи.
МДЦ «STATUS 3x3» отражает философию устойчивости, символизма знаков и чисел, сферические формы – это как маленький микрокосмос на поверхности Земли.
Доминирующий сферический объём Международного Делового Центра включает в себя апартаменты, гостиницу и ресторан, в стилобате расположены: конгресс-холл, паркинг, офисы. Конструктивное решение каждого блока позволяет создавать внутри многоуровневое пространство любой высоты, то есть заказчик приобретает не площадь этажа, а внутренний объём. Открытый с трех сторон атриум образует внутреннее озеленённое пространство, защищённое от горячего воздуха и ветра, также атриум является важным звеном в естественном кондиционировании и вентиляции воздуха, в верхней части предполагается установка горизонтальной бесшумной турбины для выработки электроэнергии. Сферический объём состоит из трёх одинаковых блоков, каждый с собственными вертикальными коммуникациями, с возможностью перехода по открытым террасам.
Стилобат в плане имеет форму полумесяца, состоит из пяти террас в разных уровнях – количество принято по числу букв в священном слове «ALLAH», открытой стороной стилобат развёрнут в сторону города (на восток).
