Solution for designing a new building of town hall in the city of Tutin.
Facility consists of two separated parts which are designed for diferent purposes.
One of them is Public servise-administrative part, while other which is made of natural materials has function of an art galery and the Public library.
Big glass surface is the symbol of how institution is opened toward citizens.
