The allotment is located in Quinta das Murtinheiras, Ranhados, a strongly agricultural area with houses occasionally inserted, which reflects in the landscape of the land. The privileged exposure to the south allows direct sunlight throughout the day.Volumetric the building is developed through the articulation of two volumes which are disposed perpendicularly. This is evidenced by the intersection of a blade projected to north and which defines the entrance of the house. Typologically it fulfills the functions of social nature at the ground floor, where there is a lobby, service office and den, garage, laundry, kitchen and common room. In the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing a toilet and a private suite, complemented with a closet facing north.
