The building of this family home maximised the fantastic beachside location in the South coast. It was built from lightweight materials to save costs with timber frames that were fully insulated, traditional weatherboards and a corrugated iron roof. Structural Rosewood beams were featured throughout to keep in the Aussie vernacular. The Australian bush with its gums inspired the exterior colour scheme of eucalyptus greens, burnt oranges and grey timber trimmings. All rooms were designed with bifold doors extending interiors out to the lovely North East facing gardens and balconies. The interior design style was kept generic to provide a blank canvas for purchasers to bring home their own style.
