Based on a Lindal Homes concept adaptation to the Client's requirements, this post and beam, timber frame home was built in 1997-1998.
The post and beam structure is glulam Douglas fir and the secondary structure is fir.
The exterior cladding is made by Wester Red Cedar bevels.
The local regulations imposed typical stone slabs roof and high loads to resist to heavy snow.
The house is energy efficient due to the insulation and lay-out.
