The resulting semi-permeable surface allows the contemplation of the surroundings, creates light effects, and generates a natural cross-ventilation, associating in a harmonic way and formal principles and sustainability. Other strategies for sustainable building design are present in the use of : green roof cover type, high performance glass, architectural elements that provide sun protection (ramps, roof projection); photovoltaic power generation (panels installed on the roof), intelligent elevator system, LED lighting with presence detectors, separation of oil and water, sewage treatment plant, reuse of rainwater, recyclable garbage separation system.
