The name ‘Slice Building’ derives from the Horizontal planes that act both as a means to reduce sun glare in the office space and also give the building a stream line effect adding to its length and height of the structure. The office comprises of a double height entrance lobby with a connecting bridge to both parts of the disected building, giving off a contemporary feel but also using islamic geometry to tie in with the culture of the clients. The office floors are finished with a polished concrete tile with a minimalistic approach to the office layout. To create a successful interactive office light box features are used for meeting areas as well as chill out zones through out giving a more complete work experience to the user.
