A 6- storey office building is designed for Ahtri street 4. The first floor of the building is planned for commercial spaces, with separate entrances for customers. The building has two underground parking floors. The first floor of the building is stepping back strongly from Ahtri steet and Rotermann quarter’s side and is finished with natural stone. The upper floors of the building have been resolved easily, as if suspended on the first floor and are finished with glass and steel. Inside the building there is an atrium open to the port direction, also there are three glassed wall elevators that form the main vertical axis of the building. Office spaces on the upper floors can be divided into smaller units according to need. Car park is located in the basement and it holds a total of 113 cars.
