Mangwon-dong is famous from the previous time as chronic stagnating place whenever it rained. Rain pumping plant has established currently, so there is no damage from over flowing but nearby residence and everyone looks at the place with negative image of water. It is misfortunate that it is not included in the 8 water front selection in the event planning of Han River renaissance of Seoul. However when looked at it in the view of long-term, it serves an important role as the connecting link for water front of Sangam and Nanji, and also Hapjeong balanced development facilitate district and could reborn. The research has been carried out in order to understand the property of water which is the main element. As a special characteristic of water, I found out that as time passes ink becomes flexible and falls down at the end of the boundary due to the gravity. I started to deduce the behavior through the result of such tests, each boundary had numerous dots formed in a gathered density and liquidity which started from the separation of the territory expands to the exterior, vector lines which started from each points connected the prior line to next line, and created lines were the foundation to create and project a space. I thoroughly tried to harmonize the fact that water, the main concept, must be the center and emotional strategy which can provide energy to this dull area into this program. Proposal including education, business, exhibition, performance, and residence projected. Residing type which can stimulate the curiosity of visitors, who want to experience something special, will make this place an unforgettable place.
