The Project is located at Batel Block near downtown Curitiba. The narrow site of the corner Batel Avenue and Comendador Araújo Street has a slightly sloping. The access is by the two streets. The ground floor has a commercial area with store galleries and a cafe. The first floor has access to the public by the stair facing the patio and elevator hall. The auditorium for 500 people is found in the first floor with the meeting rooms. The third floor is destined to leisure area for staffs. The typical floor with 425-square-meters of area, has offices rooms facing North, East and West. Insulated patios also were projected facing North between rooms to connect the spaces, generate views and natural illumination. The structure of the concrete building comprises four pillars that supports the cantilevered slabs. The hall between the rooms facing South has a large glass structure with pilkington planar system. The transparent structure aims integration between the building and the city in an innovative way. The goal of the Project is to pass the company’s image and integrates it to the dynamic of the city.
