The Project of the residential building is inserted in Bigorrilho neighborhood, near downtown Curitiba.
The building with 3.040 m² has an apartment for floor, leisure areas and a garage. The apartments are composed of two suites and two bedrooms facing North. The intimate room separates the bedrooms of the living room and dining room to provide privacy to the ambiences. The office is located near the entrance hall of the apartment together the social area.
The living room has large openings and balcony facing the Alameda Júlia da Costa, main access street of the building.
