At the headquarters in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Drees & Sommer opened its own new company building, which meets all modern requirements for environmental friendliness, sustainability and digitalization. As an internal company project, the construction project offers the unique opportunity to test promising future technologies in the construction industry and to generate valuable insights for customer projects. Drees & Sommer therefore implemented numerous future-oriented and innovative technologies in the building, the planning and development of which was carried out almost exclusively in-house. These own service areas are supplemented by the valuable know-how of various customers and business partners who, together with Drees & Sommer, drove forward crucial innovative parts of the project.
