Intending to redesign the apartment’s spatial atmosphere, it was decided to replace certain existing elements and preserve the promising main structure of the apartment. The main works of this intervention had as a starting point the redesign of the existing ceiling, flooring, exterior window frames, carpentry works and sanitary ware.
With this redesign, the house gains a wider ceiling height that takes advantage of the sloping roof on the last floor, greater thermal comfort with a new exterior window frame, more storage due to the creation of new cabinets and more natural lighting with the application of light and clear tones.
