The design process harmonized the Architect's and Client's ideas. The client, an academic architect, sought a tropical yet contemporary look. Interiors were kept minimalist to match the design philosophy. Wood was used indoors and outdoors, contrasting with pastels and concrete. Polished cement plaster unified walls and ceilings. Staircases and lifts partitioned recreational, private, and social areas. The residence blends traditional charm with modern living effortlessly.
