Collaborating with Bergundtal, a South Tyrol-based architecture and interior design company renowned for its expertise in luxury hotels, the owners steered away from conventional materials like glass and concrete. Instead, they opted for the use of natural materials, prominently featuring red Verona marble on the external walls.

With sustainability as a key consideration, the property incorporates a photovoltaic system situated above the parking lot. Notably, the inclusion of triple-glazed windows, a rarity on Lake Garda, was not solely for winter warmth but also aimed at minimizing the reliance on air-conditioning during the summer.

Each apartment boasts a unique design, integrating as many existing materials from the property as possible. For instance, a historic sheepfold with an old stone vault has been transformed into the Cantina Trust Bar. While embracing historic elements, modern touches abound, such as Karman lamps, contributing to the individuality of each apartment. Custom-made furnishings and benches further enhance the bespoke character of the spaces.

Favai Hill emanates a serene atmosphere, offering tranquility within a 10-minute reach of various locations. In summer, the ambient sounds include the chirping of crickets and distant cowbells, while winter brings a profound silence. Nestled amidst nature, the property provides sweeping views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. Each resident enjoys a private garden, and the expansive three-hectare land accommodates a maximum of eight people.

At the core of Favai Hill's offering is the sale of peace and privacy. The name "Favai," an old term signifying "squirrel," serves as the logo, resonating seamlessly across the three languages of the region — German, Italian, and Ladin. The choice of a squirrel as a symbol not only pays homage to the linguistic diversity but also encapsulates the peace and seclusion synonymous with the forest environment.
