Vadi Park Deluxe Hotel | ECCE GROUP

Vadi Park Deluxe is a boutique hotel project under construction in the Aydınpınar region of Düzce province, which has the most important natural assets among Turkey's natural beauties. Aydınpınar is a region with natural spring water and waterfalls. The project offers a magnificent view in the center of all these beauties, intertwined with nature and with the natural stream around it.

When the project was first entered, it was aimed not to disturb the sounds of water and the natural beauty created by the presence of waterfalls and streams in the region. For this reason, the project was not solved as a single building; it was structured separately according to its functions and placed in a way to adapt to the slope of the land. This allowed the guests to get out of the closed area and be in touch with nature.

Water, which is the main theme of the project concept, has been of great importance in the arrangement of the buildings on the land and in the landscape. Emphasizing the acoustic effect of water, water elements are actively used between social and private spaces.

The accommodation units in the project are divided into different sized concepts in order to offer alternative services to guests. In the main hotel structure, there are 22 rooms of different sizes in standard, disabled, suite, king, deluxe suite, family concept, 12 completely independent bungalows, 12 rooms separated from other structures in stone cladding concept. The facility has a total capacity of 46 rooms and 96 beds. 

In the Hotel project, which is planned to be located in the luxury segment; have spa areas, playgrounds, meeting rooms, banquet hall, VIP lounge, mini club, outdoor playgrounds, laundry, massage rooms, mini golf, lawn amphitheater.

The connection between the main hotel structure and the restaurant is established with a steel construction bridge. Due to its location, the bridge was designed as a glass bridge, as it overlooks the valley on one side and Düzce on the other. 

At the hotel, which is planned to serve in the luxury segment, transportation of guests within the facility will be provided by electric sightseeing cars with seats. 

The first power plant building of Düzce is located on the land where the project is established. The building, which is revealed with its historical details, is planned to be transformed into a museum by preserving the existing machinery and equipment, revitalizing the old waterway, and thus it is aimed for the users to witness the history.
