The Rustico V is located in the heart of a historically evolved hamlet on the west coast of Lake Garda. An existing historical barn was renovated into a contemporary apartment with a lake view as part of a comprehensive refurbishment. A cleverly designed layout resulted in light-filled and spacious living spaces spread over three floors.

The first sleeping area is situated in the basement, opening into the courtyard of the small-scale historic village core. On the ground floor, accessible at ground level from the mountain side, is the open kitchen with living area. The third floor houses the spacious dining area. A floor-to-ceiling window provides a picturesque view of Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape. Two single-flight staircases in black steel and a two-story atrium create a seamless transition between the floors. The apartment was renovated with great attention to detail, combining timeless elegance with warm, natural materials, embodying the local Mediterranean lifestyle.
