The project consists of the design and execution of 3 single-family homes located on plots of 450 m2 in Miramadrid, a residential area belonging to the Madrid municipality of Paracuellos de Jarama. The suburbs of these municipalities around the capital are characterized by the presence of multiple expansions in which homes of very low architectural quality have been built, with a simple and alienating aesthetic. This project is intended to develop a promotion that includes functionality, construction technique, quality, energy efficiency, but at the same time with contemporary aesthetic approaches, new ways of interpreting the regulations and ultimately a worthy, contemporary, functional and commercial architectural product. Houses that open up to the surrounding landscape. Which include the views in the environment of the living areas and where the interior and exterior flow is carried out in a fluid and enriching way
