Chuumuk is a three-house complex with semicircular shape volumes in Tulum that blends harmoniously with the natural environment, combining modern and innovative elements. Each house is designed with a curved structure that opens to the surrounding landscape, maximizing views and creating a sense of fluidity between the interior and exterior.

The façade finish is made of a plaster called Chukum that integrate perfectly with the vegetation; The large windows and sliding glass doors allow the entry of natural light and a direct connection with the outside.

Inside, the design is modern and minimalist, with high-quality finishes and carefully selected details. The spaces are bright and airy, with high ceilings that create a feeling of spaciousness and freedom. The most important space of the house is the double height which integrates a circular sunken room within a circular volume of the house, with a double height window that integrates with the vegetation and is directly connected to the pool. 

The complex of houses is complemented by tropical gardens designed to promote local biodiversity and create a calm and relaxing environment.

El conjunto de tres casas en forma de medio círculo en Tulum se funde armoniosamente con el entorno natural, combinando elementos modernos e innovadores. Cada casa está diseñada con una estructura curva que se abre hacia el paisaje circundante, maximizando las vistas y creando una sensación de fluidez entre el interior y el exterior.

Las fachadas revestidas de chukum se integran perfectamente con la vegetación; los grandes ventanales y puertas corredizas de vidrio permiten la entrada de luz natural y una conexión directa con el exterior.

En el interior, el diseño es moderno y minimalista, con acabados de alta calidad y detalles cuidadosamente seleccionados. Los espacios son luminosos y espaciosos, con techos altos que crean una sensación de amplitud y libertad. El espacio más importante de la casa es la doble altura la cual integra una sala hundida circular dentro de un volumen circular de la casa, con un ventanal a doble altura que se integra con la vegetación y está conectado directamente con la alberca.

El conjunto de casas se complementa con jardines tropicales diseñados para promover la biodiversidad local y crear un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Con su diseño innovador y su integración con el entorno natural.
