CASA LIA | SENCE ARCHITECTS

In designing Casa Lia, our primary focus was creating a harmonious and functional living space. The first floor features a spacious wardrobe seamlessly connected to the expansive living room, modern kitchen, and inviting dining area, ensuring a seamless flow of space and light. The ground floor provides direct terrace access, emphasizing the indoor-outdoor connection.
To enhance convenience, we included a guest bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom on the ground floor, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. 

Moving to the second floor, we designed a private space with a welcoming hall and balcony. Adjacent, there's the owner's office, a retreat for productivity and relaxation. There are also two bedrooms, each with separate dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and catering to individual needs and preferences.
