The Maria Residences development is located in Lisbon, in one of the neighborhoods of Lisbon that has been the subject of the greatest transformation: Anjos.
This development consists of 8 apartments and a store, with areas between 57m2 and 180m2 and types from T1 to T3.
The rehabilitation of this large corner building aimed to maintain as many elements of the original architecture as possible. Although there were profound changes to the plan, the identity remained the same with the inclusion of original tiles on the facade, stucco and moldings on the ceilings and walls existing in the original building, which give the apartments a particular elegance.
With more modernity, the spaces have become wider, where in most cases the kitchen opens into a kitchenette towards the social area.
Unlike the original building, the intervention privileged outdoor spaces, creating a series of large balconies that extend the space to the outside. A highly appreciated feature in a property in the heart of a city as consolidated as Lisbon.

Number of floors: 5
Available typologies: T1, T2, T3
Start of construction: 2022

The Maria Residences building is located on the corner of Rua Maria and Travessa da Bica in Anjos and was built in 1893. It represents the Gaioleiro construction period, which began when the city of Lisbon expanded to the north, led by engineer Ressano Garcia.
The building currently has 4 floors, but the new project foresees an expansion to 6 floors, maintaining and respecting its original structure and decoration as much as possible.
