One of the main premises of GAVINHO's intervention in this project was the fluidity between spaces and the connection with the outside, through the restructuring of circulations and organization of interior compartmentalization – always interconnecting them with large openings and various moments of relationship with the outside. We opted for an open-space layout, in order to allow greater amplitude and continuity between spaces. This solution is characterized by the centrality of the Social Space of the Living Room and Dining Room and its connection with the Office, Social Kitchen and Pantry area, and with the entire outdoor area. These transitions are guaranteed with sliding doors in colored glass (with a blue tint) in order to make the spaces autonomous, but also guaranteeing the connection between them.

For the entire floor covering on the ground floor, a continuous floor in Boticcino natural stone is proposed with a honed finish on the inside and lightly bush hammered on the outside, with an open joint. The choice of flooring in continuity to the exterior and the application of frames with a minimalist section and a hidden profile guarantee fluidity between spaces and the involuntary expansion of the interior to the exterior. In more private areas, the flooring will be in oak wood with a white stain. In the room on floor -1, a low carpet is also proposed, in order to provide more comfort to the environment. At the level of the wellness space, a deck-type floor is proposed.

The walls of all compartments, except for the bathrooms in the suites and on the -1 floor, will be painted in white paint and covered with oak wood paneling with a white stain. For the exterior walls, a solution in sheet metal (aluminum) lacquered in an anthracite tone is proposed – with a three-dimensional relief effect, for all facades.
