The facility is located on the central embankment of the city of Sochi with stunning sea views and unique sunsets.
The building was rebuilt and redeveloped in 2019, specifically for the new DELMAR family restaurant chain for the beach project of the same name (DELMAR) This is a complex that includes a large comfortable beach strip and a three-storey building (on the 1st floor there is an open kitchen with a small landing, next to the promenade there is a flight street landing, on the 2nd floor there is a full-fledged restaurant with a spacious hall, and an airy light roof terrace)
This space has a bit of a Greek character (due mainly to the color scheme, which is designed in the corporate palette of the DELMAR chain)
resembles a villa on the Mediterranean coast rather than a restaurant in Sochi. The idea was to make the interior so that you feel not in a cafe, but as a guest of an Italian or Greek family, where everything is homely.
