The apartment is located in a brick building with light historical classic elements. This aesthetic is continued in the interior. The brick in the rooms echoes the brick on the facades.

The kitchen-living room has 4 windows and access to the terrace. This main room is conveniently organized around the kitchen island and dining table.

Immediately upon entry are a walk-in closet, guest bathroom and entrance to the study. The bed and bedroom are as far away as possible from the entrance to the apartment.

Most of the elements in the apartment are made by a custom furniture maker. Only a couple of branded items were placed very neatly and unobtrusively. Furniture from B&B Italia and lamps from &Tradition. Natural materials are used on the floor, walls and ceiling: parquet, plaster, bricks. Everything is in the same color scheme. Only the sofa with cushions creates a bright spot. The flooring in the shower area is laid with thermal wood. It brings warmth and coziness to the bathroom. The calm, quiet atmosphere of the apartment is created for a peaceful and unhurried rhythm of life.
